Kids App – COPPA & GDPR-K Compliant

B&B SYMPHONY LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MathMinds mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you or your child uses MathMinds. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international regulations.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

MathMinds is designed for children under the age of 13, used under parental supervision. It is also used by parents and teachers to monitor and guide children's progress. This policy applies to all users of the App.

All user data is stored on our private, password-protected server infrastructure. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing and are never stored in plain text. We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose personal data to any third parties.

We retain account data for as long as the account is active. Upon account deletion request, all personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

MathMinds accounts for children are always created and managed by a parent or teacher. We do not allow children to register directly. If we discover that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
